Fabio is the BEST TEACHER ever. He is a true healer. MAGIC. He is helping me reframe my mind to unlearn incorrect habits in my body. I cannot say enough about his warmth and openness. Real progress, less pain. It’s been so surprising to me that it works so well! I’ve studied Alexander Technique before but it’s different this time because of Fabs. He does a unique combo platter of Alexander Technique, Klein Technique™️ and Zero Balancing. He brings clarity and understanding to what were once just words like vertebrate, hyoid bone, spine, etc… Everything he says makes sense. Connections are made: mind>body, heart>soul, earth>sky.  And to top it off — you experience instant gratification.
